The Southeast Florida Planning Committee welcomes the Cave Family to join us July 23-26, 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a weekend filled with connection, laughter, and fun. Known for its beautiful beaches, scenic waterways, and vibrant culture, Fort Lauderdale offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun in the heart of the Sunshine State.

2026 Family Reunion Overview
Hotel Overview
There are two hotels secured for this year's reunion. The majority of room blocks are located at the host hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street. The second hotel is available as an overflow in the event Embassy Suites reaches capacity. Both hotels are just a short drive from the beach and Las Olas Boulevard, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and places to explore.
Option #1 - Reunion Host Hotel
The host hotel will be the Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street. The hotel offers spacious suites, a made-to-order buffet breakfast each morning, a complimentary evening reception, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and on-site dining including a sports bar, making it a comfortable and convenient home base for the weekend. Note: The Meet & Greet, Family Banquet and Church Service will be held at this hotel.
Option #2 - Overflow
The second option is the Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port. It's approximately a 5-minute walk to the Embassy Suites where all family reunion activities will take place. Hyatt Place offers spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, a pool, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant.
